Plastic-clad Steel Pipe Production Line

Product Application 

The plastic-clad steel pipe production line is mainly used for coating the outer layer of metal pipes (such as steel or aluminum pipes) or solid bars with single or multiple layers of plastic (e.g., PVC, PE). It is suitable for applications in decoration, anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, automotive and other fields.

This production line consists of a steel pipe stacking conveyor, haul-off unit, oven, single-screw extruder, coating die, and cooling device. Each steel pipe can be connected by joints to achieve continuous coating extrusion production. The produced pipes feature compact coating, uniform plastic layer thickness, stable dimensions, and a smooth appearance.
