Product Application
PE/PP/PS/ABS/PC/PVC board sheet extrusion production line is composed of single screw extruder or cone double extruder, hanger type mold, three roll molding machine, cooling traction support, shearing machine and other auxiliary machinery.
It can produce single or multi-layer co-extrusion board, produce various kinds of PVC,PE,PE, PP, PP, PC board sheet, large waterproof roll, PP hollow building template, abs-hips refrigerator board, sanitary ware board, PC hollow board (sunshine board), PC film co-extrusion travel board, PMMA light guide board, diffusion board, PC wave board, PP wave board, etc.
The thickness of sheet material can be achieved: 0.5-20.0mm, width up to 5 meters.
Production Flow
Feeding→ extruder→ filter (screen changing) → mold → three roller calender →cooling → haul-off → cutting → rewinding→ inspection→ storage
