Product Application
The quadruple co-extrusion machine supports the extrusion of various materials such as PVC, SPVC, TPV, and TPE (TPV, TPO, PP). It accommodates multi-station combination processes for different types of soft/hard/coating/composite extrusion.
It is suitable for dedicated TPE/TPV automotive sealing strip extrusion lines. Product applications include: door sealing strips, window guide rails, engine hood edge seals, trunk dust and waterproof strips, sunroof guide rail seals, and other complex structures.
Product Features
Extruding machine: single screw extruder uses slot barrel and new type high efficient BM screw with high rotating speed, high output and strong plastification.
The advantages of this machine are as follows: advanced design, high output, good plastification, low energy consumption, etc. It uses involute gear for driving resulting in low noise, running stably, high bearing capacity and long service life, etc.
There are many kinds of electric control system for choice such as PLC auto control system, the production speed will be high and stable. Also the control system will be easy to operate.
